About the role FIP Electrical Services is now seeking to recruit a qualified Project Administrator to join its friendly team. The role will be responsible for the administration of the company’s projects with the key tasks being: Overseeing project administration including developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to projects & contracts and maintaining accurate project records; Maintaining communication with project teams, customers, contractors and other stakeholders for regular project updates, as well as responding to inquiries and resolving problems regarding projects; Managing project paperwork including tracking project costs and assisting with budget management; Working collaboratively with project teams, customers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met; Overseeing project works completed by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders; Interpreting and explaining project requirements to stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in their entirety; Advising management on project matters requiring their attention and implementing their decisions accordingly; Collecting and analysing data from projects and preparing and reviewing reports on project outcomes. About the candidate The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor level degree qualification along with 1 – 3 years prior experience in a similar role.
