We are seeking a Website Specialist to design, develop, and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly websites for the company’s family of brands. This hybrid role blends front-end development, CMS management, and content integration, with a strong emphasis on delivering consistent branding across our six independently hosted websites. Key Responsibilities: Build responsive, mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (primarily Wix Studio and WordPress – Go High Level is a plus). Create, configure, and customize CMS themes/templates to match approved designs. Ensure fast-loading, SEO-ready pages with clean semantic code and accessibility compliance (WCAG). Integrate features common to construction sites: project galleries, service area maps, contact/quote forms, testimonials, and case studies. Format and enter client-provided content into the CMS, optimizing for layout and readability. Collaborate with our content strategist to integrate SEO keywords and metadata. Perform basic hosting tasks: DNS configuration, SSL setup, and site deployment. Implement performance optimization (caching, image compression, lazy loading). Provide ongoing site maintenance, updates, and security monitoring as part of managed services. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in front-end web development (HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript/TypeScript). Strong WIX Studio skills, including custom theme setup and page builder tools Experience with WordPress, themes (Elementor or Gutenberg) and WordPress plug-ins. Experience with responsive design, cross-browser testing, and accessibility best practices. Familiar with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. Comfortable with Photoshop/Illustrator for custom graphics and image optimization. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, structured data, metadata). Ability to work with limited or imperfect assets, filling gaps creatively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Clear communication skills with non-technical clients. Experience building sites for construction, real estate, or service industries. Knowledge of Webflow, CraftCMS, or other modern CMS platforms. Basic hosting/server knowledge (cPanel, Cloudflare, CDN configuration). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and local SEO strategies. Ability to write or refine short-form copy for web pages and calls-to-action.
