About the Role Our client are experiencing acute growth and are seeking a Payroll coordinator to join the team in Smithfield to meet project requirements. The role is responsible for providing payroll support to Project team members, liaising with the Outsourced Third Party Payroll provider and facilitating the smooth on-boarding of new employees . Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the external payroll provider to ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely. ADP payroll system. Provide guidance to stakeholders on payroll-related matters such as salaries, benefits, and performance-based adjustments. Ensure accurate submission of payroll data, including salary, bonuses, deductions, tax withholdings, and benefits to the service provider. Maintain comprehensive records of all payroll transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues that may arise in payroll processing Maintain organized records of all payroll-related documents for auditing purposes. About you Qualification in Payroll - Proven experience in payroll management, timesheet processing and experience with outsourced payroll providers desirable Strong understanding of payroll processing and tax laws Excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Australia Comfortable with a salary range between $70K-$95K Super Bonus Able to commute to the office in Smithfield About the Company This leading global heavy mechanical engineering, services and contracting business operates throughout Australia in major capital cities and regional locations.
