Role Summary Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Group FP&A Manager will oversee corporate level financial planning and analysis activities, providing critical insights to the C-Suite, Marketing, and Corporate departments (including HR, Legal, Technology, and Finance) through detailed analysis and reporting. The role will provide the board level reporting and analysis as well as the mid to long term planning. Your Experience Hold an accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with experience in Group or Regional FP&A. Experience within the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors would be ideal. Strong proficiency in financial systems implementation and process optimisation A knack for translating complex data into straightforward insights that inform decision-making Advanced Excel skills, along with experience using planning and BI tools such as TM1, Power BI, or similar platforms Excellent communicator, capable of articulating financial concepts convincingly to non-experts Proactive approach to continuous process improvements What’s on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Consumer brand that values its people.
