You'll be joining a small, professional team of versatile tradesmen - including Australian, French, Iranian, and German craftsmen - all passionate about delivering exceptional work with a European design influence. We're currently looking for a Senior Cabinetmaker / Leading Hand who's ready to take a leadership role on the factory floor. This position involves hands-on cabinetmaking, as well as leading and supporting the team in day-to-day production. This will include: All aspects of factory work including: Machining, general assembly, laminating, working with veneer, curves, and solid timber Clear lacquer application Cabinet and component installation (as required) Material handling and maintaining a clean, safe workshop Operate workshop machinery and tools: CNC, edgebander, panel saw, hand routers, power tools Provide hands-on leadership and guidance on the factory floor Work closely with the General Manager and broader team to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate : Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified cabinetmaker Proven ability to work with a wide range of materials and complex detailing Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings Comfortable leading a small team or stepping into a leadership role White Card Current driver's licence Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) If you have an eye for detail and love high-quality, complex work, this is your opportunity to grow with a team that values your craft.
