This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays if required (time in lieu provided). We're looking for motivated individuals eager to start a career in real estate - whether you're a career changer, fresh to the industry, or bringing some prior sales or property experience. While real estate experience is welcomed, it's not essential, a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. You'll receive in-house training as well as development through Ray White and other platforms, working in a junior role supporting both our Sales and Leasing teams, with the goal of progressing into the senior BDM or sales teams over time. You must hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate or licence, a valid driver's licence, and have access to your own vehicle. Key Responsibilities : Prospect for new property management business through various channels (referrals, networking, databases, online platforms, walk-ins). Leverage a fully established and ready-to-use database of qualified sales leads to drive new business opportunities and accelerate growth. Attend listing presentations and convert appraisals to new management agreements. Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll and sales listings in line with company targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, referral partners, developers, and relocation agents. Accurately assess market rental values and provide tailored recommendations to clients. Prepare and deliver professional proposals and management agreements. Represent the agency at industry and community events as required. Ensure smooth handover of new managements to the property management team. Maintain and update prospecting activity in CRM systems (PME, IRE, IE).
