Key responsibilities Identify, source, and sell drug and alcohol detection products and services to new and existing customers across the Australian market. Set sales strategies to align with business goals, implement sales plans to hit KPIs, and coach, support, and motivate a team of 10 sales professionals to exceed their targets. Identify prospects and convert them into long-term customers. Develop structured contact plans to maintain strong business relationships. Work closely with clients across mining, healthcare, law enforcement, and other industries. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams. Provide expert guidance and product training to customers. Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales and customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs. Attend trade shows and conferences to enhance market knowledge. Manage standing orders and tenders to drive business success. Your skills and experience: Proven track record leading, coaching, and developing sales teams of 10 people Experience selling drug or alcohol detection products, confidently presenting & demonstrating technical products Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record Experience balancing remote work with in-person visits to customers and your team.
