You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and growing your territory, and building long-term, strategic relationships with hospital executives, procurement teams, and departmental heads. Description Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering on key performance metrics Drive territory growth by building strong relationships with both new and existing customers Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and support needs Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, purchasing drivers, and decision-making processes to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and execute tailored sales strategies Accurate data management on the CRM system for any new activity Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers Complete all required administrative tasks within set deadlines Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions Profile Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of Australian sales experience within the medical devices sector Prior infection Prevention Hospital experience or Infection Prevention Selling experience Skilled in influencing and negotiating at an executive and procurement level Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex decision-making processes Resilient, adaptable, and coachable, with strong communication and territory planning skills Proven ability to build long-term business relationships A valid driver's licence Job Offer What's on Offer Competitive salary with uncapped commission Birthday leave Leave purchasing options Additional leave days Flexible Working Arrangement To apply online, please click the 'Apply' button below.
