About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation program within the telecommunications sector. You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to capture requirements, map processes, and support solution delivery. Siebel CRM experience is essential, as you will be heavily involved in CRM-related initiatives as part of a broader transformation. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for transformation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, technology, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables. Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements. Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. Support testing, training, and change management activities as required. Ensure all solutions meet compliance, operational, and customer experience objectives. Skills & Experience Required 5 years’ Business Analyst experience in large-scale transformation programs. Telecommunications industry experience is essential. Strong experience with Siebel CRM (configuration knowledge is a plus). Proven track record in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills. Preferred Exposure to system integration projects in the telco sector. Understanding of billing, provisioning, and CRM processes within telecom. Why Join?
