The HCD Hub is an enterprise-wide service driving ASIC's goal to be a digitally enabled, data-informed regulator. It delivers service design and UX/UI expertise, collaborating closely with product owners, project managers, and business teams to implement user-focused, compliant solutions and processes. The role The purpose of a Design System Designer at ASIC is to: Comprise and design all elements needed to produce ready assets for the design system. This will include Figma assets, documentation, stakeholder management, and wider business communication. Drive and organise the priorities for what the design system is focused on, working with product, business and tech to ensure the right DS assets are worked on at the fight time. Ingest and utilise any user research that is relevant to the development and design of design system assets. Facilitate, organise the manage the design system guild sessions to cover off and review new and evolve design system assets. Organise and provide design system training across the business. Work closely with the design system developers to make sure the desired assets are created and maintained in code. Promote the design system across the organisation. About you A successful applicant should possess many or all of the following: A minimum of seven years' experience in a UX/UI design role on digital product and service process and experience improvement is a requirement. Extensive experience in working with a design system as well as having been involved with the formation of a design system within a large organisation. Expert-level ability with Figma. Foundational understanding of modern front-end stacks included CSS, HTML etc. Demonstrated ability in developing a design system led culture and providing stakeholder and organisational wide promotion, upskilling and training. Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning and improvement. Driven to constantly enhance and deliver exceptional experiences for users.
