Job Description As a Senior CloudOps Engineer, you will be solving problems and partnering with our clients to help them build and modernise their applications, develop good practices and get the most out of their technology landscape. The role will investigate, identify, and resolve issue, while aiming to improve the scalability and reliability of solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, the role requires providing performance, security, monitoring, troubleshooting and cost optimization recommendations for cloud services, enabling greater process efficiencies and improvements, as well as capability enhancements. As a Senior Cloud Ops Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and support to your team members to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms. A positive, can-do attitude, combined with strong team spirit, planning, and communication skills, you will be key to your success. You will be collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships. You will work closely with other operations staff, engineering and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24 x 7.
