PYMHWS is leading a bold and values-driven transformation in youth mental health care across Melbourne’s north and west. What You'll Do: Support therapeutic and culturally safe engagement using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approaches Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to contribute to care planning Promote a safe, supportive environment that encourages participation from young people and families About You: Knowledge of mental health system of care, the common mental health and substance use issues faced by First Nations young people. Knowledge of and work within the framework of early intervention, de-stigmatisation, diversity, inclusion, and non-discrimination. Interest in developing skills in youth mental health care Commitment to professional development Respect for the unique needs and experiences of young people and their families Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Ready to Make a Difference?
