Your Responsibilities: Supervise crews working on civil works, earthmoving, and ground engineering projects . Coordinate and oversee concrete remediation , asset maintenance , and waste management . Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support and mentor team members to achieve productivity and performance targets. What We’re Looking For: Extensive civil construction experience, particularly in roadworks, drainage, and earthworks. Proven leadership ability – 3 - 5 years minimum experience as Leading Hand or Supervisor. Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport. Clear and concise communicator Ability to interpret plans and liaise confidently with project managers. A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive team culture focused on safety and results.
