We’re hiring a project manager to join our transformation team. you’ll lead key initiatives supporting implemented portfolios - delivering new products, services, and operational improvements in a fast-growing business. About Evidentia Evidentia Group is the result of a merger between Evidentia, Lonsec Investment Solutions, and Implemented Portfolios – three leaders in managed accounts. Together, we offer innovative investment solutions tailored to financial advisers and their clients. About the Role Implemented Portfolios is undergoing significant growth and change, creating new opportunities to enhance how we operate and deliver for clients. This role sits within our newly established Transformation team and is focused on managing key projects that support the delivery of new products, services, and operational improvements. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle - from initiation through to implementation- collaborating with cross-functional teams across Evidentia and our sub-brands. Your ability to balance structure with flexibility, and to drive clarity and momentum across initiatives, will be critical to success. Responsibilities Project Management Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets Manage scope, risks, issues, and resource planning Facilitate project forums such as working groups, steering committees, and stand-ups Provide clear and consistent project reporting and stakeholder updates Business Analysis & Documentation Gather and document business and functional requirements Map user and customer journeys to inform design and delivery Create training materials and documentation to support transition and adoption Internal Collaboration Partner closely with the Implemented Portfolios product and operations teams Collaborate with Evidentia Group stakeholders on technology and strategy-led initiatives About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in the financial services sector Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Economics or a related field Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, project planning tools and diagramming software Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities autonomously Confident facilitator and problem-solver, with a practical approach to delivery What we offer Ongoing flexible working arrangements Family friendly work-life balance Genuinely open and supportive culture with an approachable executive team Ongoing training and professional development Social events Evidentia is an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
