Your Impact: This is a 12-month max term opportunity. You’ll lead MCA’s ACMA Enforceable Undertaking (EU) activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed, accountable, and aligned. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and lead delivery across all MCA ACMA EU workstreams end-to-end Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables Develop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables Track and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort Collaborate with Controls, Risk, and Program teams We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills Ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements Experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change Experience in a ‘Pace’ or Agile delivery environment using Jira or similar systems to manage delivery Excellent communication and organisational skills Risk mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields. Certifications in Agile, project delivery, or change management are a plus (but not ). Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred What’s in It for You?
