About the position: Our client is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to lead and grow their Family Law division in either Brisbane CBD or the Gold Coast . This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced practitioner who’s ready to take on a senior leadership role and leave a lasting impact. You will manage a well-balanced mix of matters including complex property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, and domestic violence. The role involves mentoring junior lawyers, driving business development, and taking strategic ownership of the family law practice. You’ll work closely with a motivated support team including a junior lawyer and paralegal, while playing a key role in shaping recruitment and expanding the practice. Billable expectations are reasonable to allow time for leadership, team development, and client engagement.
