About the position: Our client is looking for an ambitious and client-focused Wills & Estates Solicitor to join their Brisbane team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who is passionate about succession law and ready to take their career to the next level with the support of senior mentors, structured training and a clear trajectory towards Associate and senior positions. You'll work on a diverse and meaningful range of estate planning and administration matters while developing your technical and client-facing skills. You’ll have early client contact, close collaboration with experienced Principals, and the opportunity to take ownership of files with the right level of guidance. The firm’s internal development programs include mentoring partnerships, formal learning modules, and performance feedback frameworks—all designed to support steady career progression.
