About the Role As a HUM Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from tender through to handover, working closely with clients, architects, consultants, and delivery teams. Your role is critical in ensuring each project meets time, cost, and quality expectations - all while creating a positive experience for clients and communities. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre-construction through delivery and close-out Lead communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction Maintain detailed programs, cost plans, and reporting documentation Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies Drive site safety, compliance, and quality assurance Ensure seamless project handover with clear documentation and client handoffs Act as the primary contact for project escalations and issue resolution What You’ll Bring 10 years' experience in commercial construction project management Demonstrated success delivering education, upgrade, or compliance-based projects Strong understanding of buildability, contracts, and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in scheduling, forecasting, and project management systems Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Why HUM?
