We're seeking an experienced Workflow Manager or Senior PM to lead project delivery and team performance across our growing SDA division. With an expanding project pipeline across VIC and SA, this role offers the opportunity to influence operations, drive improvement, and deliver meaningful outcomes in the Specialist Disability Accommodation space. About the Role As Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead a team of Project Managers, overseeing project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving documentation and compliance processes, and improving workflows to support quality and consistency across the division. This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys mentoring others, leading change, and improving systems in a high-compliance, impact-driven sector. Key Responsibilities Manage the SDA forward order book and pre-construction pipeline Lead and coach a high-performing team of Project Managers Oversee project reporting, risk mitigation, and documentation systems Act as first point of escalation for operational and client matters Support workflow and process improvements across multiple teams and regions Ensure appropriate project resourcing and performance management Attend client meetings and support stakeholder reporting What You’ll Bring 10 years in construction project delivery with senior PM or operational leadership experience Deep understanding of project lifecycle across D&C and tender builds Familiarity with SDA or other compliance-heavy residential/commercial builds Proven ability to lead project teams and build scalable systems Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of compliance standards Experience with platforms such as Click, SharePoint, and construction workflow tools Why Join Us?
