The Role: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Director and wider team, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of recruitment. From writing job ads and headhunting talent to conducting interviews and building long-term candidate relationships, no two days will be the same. You’ll play a key role in helping people find their next meaningful opportunity in education while developing your skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and genuinely enjoy speaking with candidates daily. Duties of the role: Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent for current vacancies Headhunt candidates utilising various platforms, ensuring the communication is clear and concise Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' skills and suitability for roles Lead virtual and face-to-face interviews, ensuring the best talent is selected for each position Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, building authentic, long-term relationships Manage compliance processes, including conducting thorough reference checks Maintain clear communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience Build and maintain talent pools, attracting high-quality candidates through various platforms Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment, and if you’re passionate about connecting with people and have a natural curiosity, this could be the perfect role for you. Demonstrated success in a recruitment-focused role, with a track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet KPIs and deadlines Possess a high level of integrity, always striving to deliver the best outcomes for both candidates and clients Skilled at multitasking, effectively managing competing priorities and tight deadlines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a solid understanding of all core tools Resilient and solution-oriented, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude even in challenging situations What’s in it for you?
