We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Experienced Hire recruitment team and help drive IMC's technology growth talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and engaging top-tier talent, supporting IMC's continued growth, and sustaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced trading industry. By partnering with executive business stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams, you will execute initiatives to identify, inspire, and recruit exceptional talent in the technology and trading market, ensuring alignment with IMC's vision and values. Your Core Responsibilities: Represent the IMC brand externally to top global talent and convey our unique opportunities and company culture. End-to-end recruitment for technology, options trading and business operations positions. You will take ownership of the entire candidate experience, from initial engagement through to assessment and offer stage, ensuring a swift process and outstanding candidate experience. Stay “ahead of the curve” on emerging trends and the latest creative recruiting channels particularly among IMC’s competitors for talent. Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent networks and agency partners Develop innovative recruitment strategies to reach new talent and drive data-driven decisions. Collaborate across the globe and partner closely with the recruitment teams in Hong Kong, India, Amsterdam and Chicago to learn and share ideas and best practice. Your Skills and Experience: 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc.) Established networks and proven search ability Curiosity and learning agility Must be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working with organisations known for their forward-thinking talent practices and high bar for elite talent. Effective communication and follow-through to meet the expectations of multiple stakeholders. Strong self-motivation and multi-tasking skills. This role will require effectively setting (and resetting) priorities. Flexibility and resilience are key to being able to pivot as priorities change.
