About the Role We're looking for a people person to join our recruitment team – someone who knows how to hold a conversation, spot talent, and bring in high-quality candidates. You’ll be the first voice applicants hear. You’ll help us find the next generation of sales leaders. You’ll work directly with the Director – mentorship, strategy, the works. What you’ll do: Review 200 job applications each week Chat with applicants and book in 15 solid interviews Help shape the future of our sales teams Learn the ins and outs of recruitment and sales along the way No recruitment experience?
