What You’ll Do As the Customer Experience Team Leader, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of Stanton & Killeen. Your days will be full of variety - leading a small, passionate team to deliver seamless, personal and memorable experiences for every customer, whether they’re visiting our Cellar Door, connecting online, or part of our Wine Club community. You’ll respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism, maintain accurate customer records and build relationships that foster loyalty. You’ll oversee order fulfilment - printing, packing and dispatching wine orders with care - while managing Shopify, stock systems and POS in collaboration with the Cellar Door team. You’ll process wholesale and export sales, track stock accurately with the production team and review systems to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also coordinate Wine Club communications and dispatches, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer. You’ll also manage the presentation and operations of our Cellar Door, train and support casual staff and play a hands-on role in winery events and group tastings. What You Bring You’re passionate about people and service, have a genuine interest in the wine industry and you thrive on variety and challenge. You have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or tourism and you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make sure every detail is right. You bring strong organisational skills, a knack for systems and digital tools (like Shopify, POS, CRM and email platforms), and a warm, approachable communication style. You enjoy leading and supporting a team, analysing customer data for improvement opportunities and blending strategic thinking with hands-on daily operations. Most importantly, you have a genuine desire to make every interaction exceptional - helping customers feel valued and creating memorable experiences at every touchpoint. A willingness to work the occasional event outside standard hours is a must, and a genuine interest in wine and regional tourism will help you thrive in this role.
