We're seeking a safety-focused WHS Advisor to join a growing team delivering a high-end Class 2 residential development in Sydney. The project includes two premium towers with ocean views, requiring a proactive safety leader to manage WHS on-site from start to finish. This is a full-time site-based role reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain WHS management systems on-site Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety audits Monitor contractor compliance and risk assessments Report incidents and support continuous improvement in safety practices Champion a strong safety culture across the team and subcontractors About You Minimum 5 years WHS experience in construction, ideally on Class 2 or high-rise residential projects In-depth knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and building code Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (or similar) Clear communication skills and the confidence to influence site teams Hands-on, practical approach to site safety What’s on Offer $150,000 salary Super (depending on experience) Be part of a standout development in North Sydney with long-term pipeline Supportive, professional site team with a strong safety-first mindset Opportunity to shape WHS delivery across a multi-stage build
