The Role: This role manages the end-of-lease process for vehicle contracts, including payouts, early terminations, and reconciliations. It involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes and invoices, updating data in company systems, and ensuring all records are accurate. You’ll also work with financiers, clients, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly, while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-of-lease processes including payouts, early terminations and reconciliations. Provide accurate quotes, invoices, and statements to customers and employers. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses. Maintain accurate data across systems including Miles, Oracle, Salesforce and third-party platforms. Reconcile leases and validate charges to ensure accuracy. Upload and manage termination documents within ERP systems. Build strong relationships with financiers, clients, and internal teams. Support continuous improvement by cross-training and sharing knowledge. Lead by example and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
