Windlab is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A) who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and drive real impact. About the Opportunity You will be an FP & A professional who wants to build, shape, and deliver. You’ll be at the heart of our financial engine, leading the evolution of our FP&A function and embedding financial excellence across the business. What You’ll Be Driving: Rebuild cost cards and reporting tools to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial transparency. Redesign and manage cashflow forecasting aligned with updated cost centre structures. Lead budgeting and forecasting across Corporate and Project domains. Deliver monthly forecast updates and partner with Project Managers to ensure financial alignment. Prepare Board and shareholder reporting materials. Support purchase order approvals in line with budgets. Conduct quarterly P&L and cashflow reviews, updating forecasts as needed. Collaborate across teams to deliver quarterly Operational and Financial Reviews of Projects. Scale FP&A capabilities to match business growth and complexity. Enhance FP&A systems, including improved use of Netsuite Planning and Budgeting Tool (NSPB). Track and report on corporate transactions and their financial impact. Support financial governance and compliance with delegated authority thresholds. Why This Role : It’s a doing job, you’ll be hands-on, in the detail, and making things happen. What You Bring: Proven experience in FP&A, in a project-based, renewable energy, or complex infrastructure environment. A proactive mindset and a passion for turning numbers into narratives. Strong systems knowledge and a knack for building processes that scale. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
