Typically in this role you will: Implement, maintain, and administer Microsoft 365 collaborative tooling platforms, with a primary focus on SharePoint. Develop, test, and implement policies and procedures to enhance the M365 ecosystem. Identify and suggest opportunities to improve existing implementations. Drive overall M365 platform maturity and innovation. Document processes, procedures, and techniques for L1/L2 Service Desk triage. Collaborate, cross-train, and manage relationships with the L1/L2 Service Desk team on issue resolution for all supported M365 platforms. Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles for L1/L2 Service Desk reference. Develop and maintain training articles for end users. Maintain frequent communication with peers, leadership, and adjacent IT teams to stay aware of emergent issues and changing processes/standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement SharePoint solutions that support AFCA's mission. Participate in cross-functional project teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance organisational effectiveness. Implement and maintain security policies and access controls. Configure authentication methods and user permissions. Ensure compliance with organisational security standards, regulations, and AFCA's data governance requirements. Monitor and audit SharePoint usage and access patterns.
