We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer . This is a great opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality CRM solutions that support Tennis Australia’s strategic objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, ensuring our platforms are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. We're looking for someone with strong technical capability, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Design and implement advanced customizations including plugins, workflows, web resources, and JavaScript Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Conduct unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing Troubleshoot CRM performance and functional issues Provide training and support to end users on CRM capabilities Stay up to date with CRM platform enhancements and suggest innovative improvements About you To be successful, you will have proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and a strong expertise in creating plugins, workflows, web resources, and JavaScript. Strong analytical skills, and you can troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. Your collaborative approach makes you an excellent team player, contributing positively to cross-functional projects. Additionally, your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to work closely with various teams, understanding and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. What you will bring to the role: Proven experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Strong expertise in plugins, workflows, web resources, and JavaScript Solid understanding of CRM concepts, integration, and best practices Familiarity with role-based security and permission models Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent industry experience You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check .
