About the Role As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, customer service, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Process pay files and support pay-related activities. Perform fortnightly master data entry, timesheet coding, increments, and leave applications. Resolve complex payroll queries with professionalism and efficiency. Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email. Work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and solve problems. Contribute to team targets and shared goals. About You We’re looking for candidates who bring a strong attention to detail, resilience in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Essential Requirements: Current National Police Clearance (mandatory) Experience in payroll (Chris21 highly desirable) Background in customer service, ideally in a call centre environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel – Intermediate level) Data entry skills (minimum 40wpm) Excellent verbal and written communication Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to meet strict deadlines Application Process Hudson will be reviewing applications and liaising with the Business Support Team for shortlisted candidates.
