Seeking a Procurement Advisor to support an ICT team delivering essential systems and infrastructure. The role covers procurement planning, market approaches, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with government frameworks. Key Responsibilities Provide advice on procurement processes aligned with government policies. Prepare and review acquisition plans, evaluation documents and purchase recommendations. Manage low to medium risk contract establishment and related procurement projects. Support agency-specific and whole-of-government procurement arrangements. Improve processes to achieve value-for-money outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and suppliers. Skills & Experience At least two years’ experience in a procurement advisory role. Knowledge of government procurement principles and frameworks. Ability to prepare procurement documents and support evaluation processes. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Understanding of WH&S, risk management and equity, diversity and inclusion principles. Public sector procurement experience preferred.
