An opportunity has become available for a professional, caring, and experienced Medical Administrator to join the West Perth team. This is a patient services–focused role. You will be the first point of contact for patients and a vital part of a supportive and compassionate team. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism Booking appointments Answering phone and email enquiries Liaising with GPs, hospitals, pharmacies and health-care professionals Patient billing, EFTPOS, Medicare processing, and banking Supporting the daily operation of a busy specialist medical clinic Maintaining confidentiality at all times General administrative and ad hoc office duties What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Medical Administrator Experience using HealthTrack (preferred but not essential) A calm, clear communicator with excellent attention to detail Ability to remain composed under pressure Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel High standard of personal presentation A strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude Professionalism and empathy when supporting patients and clinicians How to Apply Please contact Sandra Louey on 0403039232 or email slouey@hpgconnect.com
