Our client, based in Welshpool, are a leader in their industry and provide superior products, expertise and service to varying industries within Western Australia As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of service to clients. You will act as the the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood, communicated effectively and met within the agreed-upon timeframe. Responsibilities: Schedule and develop Service plans and "runs" Manage service requirements and provide clients with quotes to conduct works Provide guidance to Service Technicians Ensure Service Technicians comply to Company and Client HSEQ requirements Identify parts and work with the stores team to ensure available for installation Review service records and include recommendations or repairs in the next service run Communicate with clients effectively to ensure knowledge of current works and potential future needs Provide feedback on parts and supplier performance in the field Provide accounts with accurate detail for job invoicing Identify any safety issues in the workplace and rectify/advise Management Provide potential equipment sale leads through to the sales department Maintain accurate records Work within the Group Leadership team on long term strategies and product development Requirements Requirements: Relevant qualification in Business Administration or Human Resource administration Proven experience in a customer service coordination role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation skills High attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office SAGE software experience – desirable Detail orientated with a high focus on customer service Previous experience in a similar role or within the mining industry highly desirable Benefits: Paid quarterly bonus of $1000 based on KPI’s Great opportunity to be part of a well established and growing company Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement THIS IS A PERMANENT ROLE WITHIN WESTERN AUSTRALIA, SO NO VISAS OR OVERSEAS APPLICANTS WILL BE SUITABLE This is an opportunity to be part of a Company who values employees contribution and dedication.
