In this highly visible and customer-facing role, you will drive ITSM best practices, leading asset, release, lifecycle, and configuration management capabilities across Optus Enterprise. You’ll influence stakeholders across customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, governance, and automation adoption.
