The Legal & Governance team plays a central role in ensuring compliance, transparency and board-level effectiveness across the business. They are seeking a governance-focused Legal Counsel to support the organisation’s legal obligations, risk oversight, internal policies and regulatory frameworks. The Role This role focuses on legal and governance support for corporate, board, and organisational frameworks. You will provide advice and documentation to assist with statutory compliance, board and committee delegations, policy settings, and director obligations. Working closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary, you’ll contribute to maintaining and enhancing internal governance systems, support legal responses to disclosure requests, and engage with internal stakeholders on policy and compliance issues. You’ll also help align the business with evolving regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
