With a significant presence in Queensland and a long-standing LNG export platform, the company continues to develop and operate complex infrastructure projects tied to global gas markets. This role will sit in the Brisbane office and report to the legal manager for LNG operations, working closely with project leaders across commercial, infrastructure, technical and corporate functions. It offers broad exposure to LNG offtake, processing, shipping, and infrastructure delivery. The Role This role involves delivering legal support across the commercial lifecycle of LNG and gas infrastructure assets. You’ll assist with drafting, negotiating and reviewing agreements covering gas sales, processing, pipeline access, shipping, EPC and joint venture structures. You’ll play a key part in cross-functional teams supporting transactions, project development and operational agreements. Legal risk management, interface with external counsel, and regulatory engagement will also form part of your role. Your advice will directly influence key project and trading decisions across the LNG portfolio.
