What you will be doing: Resolving Level 2 support tickets Attend onsite visits for clients when needed Apply best practices Escalate tickets to L3 when required What you need to have: 2-3 year experience working across service desk (MSP environment) Technical expertise in; Office 365 Azure AD/AD Azure environment Windows Server Firewalls, switches, routers Endpoint security Drivers license You must have PR or Citizenship to be considered.
