In line with the NSW Government's initiative to reduce gambling harm, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsible Gambling Officer (RGO) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor gaming areas to identify patrons at risk of gambling harm or displaying concerning gambling behaviour. Engage with patrons to provide information on responsible gambling practices and available support services. Facilitate self-exclusion requests and assist patrons in accessing gambling support services. Maintain accurate records of gambling incidents and interactions with patrons. Collaborate with management to develop and implement harm minimization strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements Requirements: Completion of the Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) training. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or gaming industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to promoting responsible gambling practices. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Why Join Us?
