What you’ll do: Design innovative retail stores, fixtures, and event activations that elevate the consumer experience Develop mood boards, sketches, and material concepts, bringing ideas to life with 3D renders Produce detailed technical and manufacturing drawings, reviewing and providing feedback on prototypes Translate client briefs into impactful design solutions and present concepts with confidence Reverse engineer fixtures to improve time, cost, and quality outcomes Research products, technology, and industry best practices to inform cutting-edge design Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success from start to finish Maintain meticulous project documentation and uphold high professional and ethical standards Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring: 2 years’ experience in retail design (shopfitting, POSM, or spatial projects highly regarded) Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior or Industrial Design (or equivalent) Strong understanding of construction, joinery, materials, and finishes Proficiency in Rhino, Twinmotion and Creative cloud Client service experience with ability to build and maintain strong relationships Organised, detail-oriented and skilled at time management Confident communicator with excellent visual presentation skills Passionate about design, proactive, and a team player with a creative mindset
