We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to join us as Manager, Workforce & Operational Excellence . In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing workforce planning team, driving continuous improvement and operational optimisation across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, implement change, and foster a culture of excellence.
