About the role As the Enterprise Portfolio Benefits Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving value creation at the TAC. You’ll ensure that the benefits of our projects and programs are effectively identified, planned, managed, and realised, aligning with our organisational strategy. Working closely with Project Managers, Senior Leadership, and key stakeholders, you’ll develop insights and provide transparency on benefits realisation to support investment decision making. This role will work closely with the Senior Enterprise Portfolio Analyst to design and refine benefits management processes, analysing portfolio data, and fostering a culture of value driven outcomes. You’ll also champion early risk identification and provide coaching to enhance benefits management practices across the organisation. About the Team The Strategic Value Office, works in close collaboration with other key functions from across the organisation including Strategy, Performance, Enterprise Transformation and Change, to provide enterprise-wide oversight and key progress, value and performance data and insights to support Executive level strategic and investment planning and decision-making. It ensures there is the necessary information available and effective governance in place to inform this decision-making and enable adjustment as things change. The SVO are a small, high-performing team that work closely together to use their key expertise What we’re looking for Proven Benefits Management Experience Demonstrated experience in identifying, categorising, and measuring benefits within a project management environment, with a strong understanding of benefits realisation frameworks and reporting. Analytical & Reporting Skills Proven ability to analyse project and program portfolio data, prepare insightful reports, and present findings to senior leaders, using tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement Highly developed communication and relationship building skills to influence stakeholders, foster commitment to benefits realisation, and provide coaching to project teams.
