This is a critical role in overseeing and managing a program of high impact projects which deliver transformational change across people, process, technology and data domains. You will be required to guide, influence and direct outcomes through close collaboration with stakeholders ensuring the delivery of the program within budget, schedule and defined quality metrics. This role will have a significant focus on planning, directing and governing the program of work from both a digital and business perspective in order to ensure the organisation’s long term success. This role will oversee and manage the initiatives each quarter for Making the next 90 days Matter and require you to work closely with members of the executive leadership team. About the Team Reporting to the Program Director Service Design this role sits within the Enterprise Transformation (ET) division which successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises client outcomes, employee experience and a positive community impact. You will work as one team across ET to bring together the collective ability to deliver business outcomes. What we’re looking for Significant experience in program or project management Proven experience in program or project management including management of multiple inter-dependant projects concurrently within large and complex organisations and or extensive experience in insurance or related fields Strong Stakeholder engagement Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders in the business and at an executive level Delivery of outcomes Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes within a specified timeframe Influence real change.
