We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide vital operational and technical support for our core application systems. Why Join Us? You’ll work with a diverse group of internal teams and external stakeholders, constantly learning and applying your expertise in application support, configuration, and problem resolution. You’ll have the opportunity to: Contribute to GMHBA’s strategic goals and objectives through your operational work. Be an integral part of supporting critical systems Work closely with both technical and business teams, as well as vendors, to ensure system stability and improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure we continue to provide the best possible service to our members. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Implementation: Support GMHBA’s strategic objectives, proactively identify potential problems, and resolve them efficiently. Application Support: Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management for systems within the Delivery portfolio (PHI, Integration, Health & Branch) Application Administration: Plan and implement configuration changes, ensure routine maintenance is conducted to meet security and operational needs. Regulatory & Reporting: Stay updated on regulatory changes and support audit processes, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Offer advice, share knowledge, and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize team performance Skills And Experiences About you Mandatory Strong attention to detail. Experience operating in a Service Management environment (e.g., incident, problem, request and change management) A commitment to work in a highly dynamic business environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written / verbal) Excellent documentation skills Highly desirable Private Health Insurance industry experience Allied Health industry experience Experience within the SDLC including defining required system changes and various forms of software testing Experience with practice management software i.e. Best Practice, Exact, Optomate etc Experience with HAMBS, E5 Workflow, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience with knowledge management systems i.e. SharePoint Online, Confluence etc. Experience with IT service management software such as ServiceNow ITIL Foundation If you believe you would be a great fit but don’t quite tick all the boxes, we encourage you to apply.
