Create opportunities for Sales team and be the difference of winning new business About the role: This newly created role is a critical part of our Commercial Finance team. You’ll be work closely with the Foodservice Sales team, supporting pricing decisions, forecasting, and performance analysis. Join our supportive, fun and close-knit team, play a hands-on role with the wider business team developing relationships with Sales, Marketing, Planning and Manufacturing teams. Use your experience to analyse data to challenge your stakeholders to make more informed decisions. Key responsibilities: Provide pricing recommendations for new business opportunities as well as reviewing pricing for existing customers Develop business cases to support new strategic initiatives Partner with sales team to understand current performance and reviewing outlook (improve accuracy of our sales forecasts) Support month-end performance review and identifying key trends and drivers Management of sales overheads and KPI tracking. About you: Commercial acumen and curiosity to challenge status quo Collaborate with a range of stakeholders (sales, marketing, logistics) and other finance teams to achieve commercial outcomes Team player – helping others in your team and showing a strong willingness to learn Ability to deliver data-driven insights and identify strategic opportunities Bachelor qualified preferred (business/commercial/economics disciplines) and advanced Excel including experience in financial modelling.
