The Role As an Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in a close-knit, collaborative environment. You’ll take ownership across a broad range of tax consultancy, accountancy, and business advisory services for a diverse portfolio of individuals and SMEs. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll have the autonomy to manage tax compliance, work closely with clients, and support junior staff. Day to Day Preparation of financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, and SMSFs. Preparation and lodgement of BAS and FBT returns. Ensure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage WIP to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. Provide management reporting, financial analysis, advice, and corporate advisory services. Offering training and support to junior team members. True exposure across business, tax, and advisory, not just compliance work. About you Completing or completed CA or CPA. 3years experience in an Australian public practice environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines.
