About the Role: Our Sydney depot has an opening for a Local PUD Allocator. Our PUD Allocator is responsible for the coordination and allocation of freight and equipment. This role is Monday - Friday from 8pm. Your main responsibilities will include: Co-ordination of freight and deliveries for drivers. Planning and building loads in line with customer requirements. Equipment and resource planning. Raising and reconciling freight bills. Liaising with NTO, other Ops & Depot teams, floor staff and maintenance to ensure operations are run efficiently. Facilitating the retrieval and imaging of all proof of Delivery (POD) documentation. Monitor and reporting on the performance of the fleet in accordance with specific KPIs. Monitoring compliance with fatigue, mass and maintenance requirements Ensuring the safe conduct of operations in the workplace with site safety auditing. About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: Prior experience in a similar role and industry highly regarded. Knowledge and monitoring of fatigue and mass in accordance with legislative requirements. Understanding of the chain of responsibility Professional presentation with a friendly and helpful manner with an ability to deal effectively with a diverse workforce. Ability to manage your own time, meet deadlines and take responsibility for your output and the quality of your work.
