Monday to Friday role | Your weekends are yours! | - Support a high performing sales team | Join a role that is exciting and varied! - Salary $70,000 - $75,000 Super The Company You will be working with an absolute up and coming sales . This is a company going from strength to strength, and have built a huge reputation in the North and West for incredible service. The Role and About You! The successful candidate is a crucial support to their growing sales team and we are ideally needing someone who has worked with the desired experience to hit the ground running. You will be supporting a team of up to 15 sales consultants. Your role will include tasks such as; Database management including updating of client records to ensure accuracy Ensure that confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained Organise open for inspection times and inform the sales administration staff. Check all open for inspection times on each of the websites and all print media. Upload Property Management listings into Box and Dice Upload open times for rentals on REA and associated websites Set up property OFI’s into Inspect Realestate Complete research data for appraisals in Corelogic. Follow up contracts with vendors solicitors. Enter appraisal property details into Box and Dice Is this you? At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar real estate sales administration role Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Works smart and looks for opportunities for supporting the team and creating new business Has to have energy and dynamism - proactive not reactive Proficient in the use of real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices A positive attitude and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment If you like what you’ve read, and are ticking most of the boxes above, we would love to talk with you!
