As an OD Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement people-focused initiatives that strengthen leadership, enhance organisational ways of working, and align with our strategic vision. Your expertise in organisational development will help translate strategy into impactful action, creating lasting positive change for our people, teams, and organisation as a whole. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with senior leaders to co-create OD strategies aligned with business priorities; influence and embed OD practices to foster cultural and behavioural change; utilize data to inform initiatives. Culture, Capability & Change: Translate employee engagement insights into actionable strategies; support organisational transformation; develop programs to build confidence, connection, and purpose. Program Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver OD initiatives across talent development, succession planning, performance, and learning; evaluate impact and continuously improve. Organisational Effectiveness & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance agility, effectiveness, and employee experience; champion innovative OD practices and stay updated on emerging trends. Embedding & Sustaining Impact: Turn OD strategies into practical solutions integrated into daily work; create tools and frameworks for leaders; ensure initiatives are meaningful and aligned with our values. About you Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field 4 years’ experience in OD, L&D, or People & Culture roles Proven success in designing and delivering initiatives that drive culture change and organisational transformation Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience working with senior leaders Data-driven approach to decision-making and program evaluation Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Experience in complex, transformational organisations (highly desirable) Experience with HRIS systems (Workday highly desirable) Our culture Innovation powers progress, but it doesn’t come without support.
