About the role: As a Learning Coordinator within the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will play an integral role in supporting all Leadership and Capability learning activities across the firm, ensuring a great learner experience. You will be key in assisting the L&D team in delivering digital and blended learning solutions. You’ll thrive in a supportive team environment where your ideas for improving processes and boosting efficiency are welcomed and valued. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Learning & Development team in delivering Leadership and Capability program initiatives. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) efficiently. Serve as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries across the firm. Develop reporting dashboards and conduct trend analysis. Assist in coordinating programs and managing learning events. Contribute to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training delivered. About you: DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES: Detail-oriented with strong organisational and prioritisation skills Proactive and organised professional with a solid background in learning/training coordination Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (highly regarded) Experience in reporting and data analysis Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Collaborative and professional approach with strong communication skills Degree, Diploma or Certificate in either Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (desirable) Life at RSM: RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
