About the role We currently have a position within our Strategic Planning team based at Docklands, for an experienced Demand Planner. The primary role of the Strategic Demand Planner is to develop a rolling 24 month commercial forecast which will enable visibility of long-term demand to operations and provides a financial forecast to drive the delivery of annual targets as part of the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Key driver is creating and managing the true customer demand signals by which the organisation aligns supply chain and company resources. The Strategic Demand planner enriches the demand view across Category & Channel against the Latest Forecast/Target through collaboration with cross functional teams focusing on gap closing and targets. You will be working across our Bega Group portfolio. This role acts as a key liaison between the Commercial Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply functions. Responsibilities Facilitate the Pre-Demand meetings and responsible to VOL and drivers of Net Sales rate/Cost discussions to understand the relationship between VOL to NSR & GMAS against the Latest Forecast (LFCST). Application of Demand Planning KPIs for root cause analysis and to drive improvements in accuracy and bias. Enrich Quarterly forecasting and Budgeting process through active and timely involvement on trends by category and customer, Sub Brand and Sub-Category Maintain demand planning systems to create accurate demand forecast that incorporates business and customer insights and market trends Develop, monitor and communicate Demand forecast reporting to cross functional stakeholders whilst driving continuous improvement About you You will be excited and driven by a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle conflicting priorities with ease!
