Your strong interpersonal skills will assist you to build relationships with new and existing customers as well as key internal contacts. The main purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer support, processing orders accurately and in a timely manner, following up delivery enquiries, and responding to email and phone queries. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone with strong attention to detail.
